Planned marketing

Every year we produced a marketing plan to detail the activity to support the development of the business. The brand marketing work ranged from archiving manuals, web marketing and targeted eShot campaigns to exhibition stands and promotional literature.

Brand focus

All of the marketing activity was developed to relate back to the brand strategy. As a niche, value-added storage business the brand focus was quality over quantity. Premium customer service with a personal touch was at the centre of the approach.
